Fruit and Almond Pizza

Butter or Oil

For the Almond Base:
Plain Flour – 1 cup
Almond Paste – 3 tblsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 3 tblsp
Butter – 1/4 cup
Milk Topping – 2 tblsp
Thick Curds – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Fresh Cream – 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

For Garnishing:
Sliced Fruits – 1 cup

1. For the base, mix the flour, almond paste and baking powder.
2. Cream the sugar and butter.
3. Add the flour mixture, milk and make a soft dough.
4. Press the dough onto a 6 inch diameter greased pie dish.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
7. Place the almond base on a serving plate and spread the topping over it.
8. Decorate with fruit slices and chill.
9. Serve
