Cabbage and Corn Fritters

Ingredients:
Cabbage – 1/4 cup, shredded
Onion – 1, chopped
Flour – 1 cup
Fresh Corn – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Olive Oil
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Mix cabbage, onions, flour, corn, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them in your palm.
5. Fry 2 to 3 flattened balls until golden on both sides.
6. Serve hot.
