Basmati Rice – 2 cup, cooked
Butter – 3 tblsp
Sugar – 3 tsp
Brown Sugar – 2 tsp
Dried Fruits as required (Almonds, Cashews and Badam)
1. Place the cooked rice in a mixing bowl while it is just luke warm.
2. Add the butter and the sugar and mix with a spoon.
3. Remove to a serving dish and garnish with the brown sugar and the dried fruits.
4. Serve as a dessert.
