Mango with Peaches


Sweet Mangoes – 1 kg
Peaches – 4 to 5 slices (fresh or tinned)
Dried Apricots – 10 pieces
Sugar – 3 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup

1. Peel the mangoes and cut into small pieces.
2. Blend in a mixer with 2-3 tbsp of milk to obtain a pulp.
3. Mix in the sugar and blend again.
4. Add the remaining milk and blend once again.
5. Pour into a serving dish and keep in the fridge to cool.
6. Add the peaches and the dried apricots.
7. Serve as a dessert.
