Ingredients:
Cooked Rice – 3 cups
Ghee – 2 tblsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Fresh Cherries – 250 to 300 gms
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat the ghee and add the cooked rice.
2. Mix in salt if you have not added while cooking the rice.
3. Mix in the oregano powder and toss gently.
4. Place in a serving dish.
5. Garnish with fresh cherries.
6. Serve at once.
