Egg Pancake

Ingredients:
Refined Flour – 3/4 cup
Wheat Flour – 1/4 cup
Eggs – 4
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tblsp
Milk – 1 cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander – 1/4 cup
Green Chillies – 3
Black Pepper Powder – 3/4 tsp
Butter or Oil
Oregano
Salt – 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Beat 3 eggs with black pepper, oregano and salt.
2. Mix both the flours, 1 egg, salt and sugar, butter, milk and baking powder in a mixie.
3. Keep covered for 2 hours.
4. Heat a pan and add 2 tsp of butter to it.
5. Pour 2 tbsp batter.
6. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, turn and cook again.
7. Pour beaten egg and sprinkle chopped coriander and chillies.
8. Cover the pancake with egg, turn and cook.
9. Remove and serve hot with sauce.
