Pancake with Ice Cream and Fruits Recipe

Ingredients:
Flour – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Cream – 1 tblsp
Butter – 1 tblsp, melted
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Apple Slices
Pomegrante – 1/2 cup
Maple Syrup
Ice Cream – 2 lops
Chocolate Sauce
Strawberry Sauce
Oil

Method:
1. Mix flour, eggs, cream, butter, salt, sugar, milk, water and vanilla essence in mixie jar.
2. Grind to make a thin batter.
3. Leave the batter to stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
4. Heat a tawa and place 1 tsp butter.
5. Pour 2 tbsp butter and spread thin.
6. Cook both the sides and remove.
7. When cooked place in serving dish.
8. Put ice cream lops, sauces, fruits, syrup on one half.
9. Fold the other half and serve.
