Methi Sprouts Salad


Fenugreek Sprouts – 1/2 cup
Cucumber – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Apple – 1/2 cup, peeled and finely chopped
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Grapes – 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp

1. To make fenugreek sprouts, soak the fenugreek seeds overnight.
2. Remove the water and keep covered in a warm place for 1-2 days.
3. Mix all the ingredients and serve immediately.
