Methi Puri

Ingredients:
Fresh Methi – 1 cup, finely chopped
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Besan Flour – 1/4 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Malai/Cream – 1 tblsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except the oil and form into a smooth dough.
2. Take small portions and roll into puris.
3. Fry in hot oil till crisp and golden.
4. Serve hot.
