Paneer Cheese Cake Recipe

Flour – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Salt – a pinch
Lukewarm Water – 1/4 cup
Vanilla or Chocolate Essence – 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder – 1/4 + 1/4 cup
Paneer – 1 cup
Mixed Candy – 1/2 cup
Chocolate Pieces – 1/4 cup
Cream – 2 cups
Chocolate Powder – 1 tblsp
Icing Sugar – 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1 tblsp
Milk Powder – 1 tblsp

1. Beat the eggs and add powdered sugar.
2. Beat till the mixture is light and creamy.
3. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder.
4. Mix the flour into the above creamy mixture along with water.
5. Add the essence.
6. Line a baking mould.
7. Put the cake mixture into the mould.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 15-20 minute or until done.
9. Remove from the oven.
10. Demould and cool.
11. Mix paneer with 1 tbsp sugar and cream and 1 tbsp milk powder.
12. Mix well.
13. Add candies and chocolate pieces.
14. Fold the mixture.
15. Sieve the icing sugar, cocoa and chocolate.
16. Add the cream and fold with wooden spoon.
17. Cut the cake horizontally into two equal parts and sandwich with paneer mixture.
18. Cover the top and sides of the cake with icing.
19. Decorate with fresh cherries.
