Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 6 to 7
Fresh Corn – 1 cup
Green Chillies – 1 to 2
Milk – 1 cup
Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
Oil – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp or as required
Coriander Leaves – handful, for garnishing
Method:
1. Cut the bread slices into circles.
2. Grind the fresh corn, green chillies and salt.
3. In a pan heat oil.
4. Saute the corn, add milk and grated cheese.
5. Cook till the cheese blends.
6. Toast the bread circles and spread corn mixture on top.
7. Sprinkle black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves on top.
8. Serve as a snack.
