Sesame Oats Crisps Recipe

Maida – 1 1/4 cup
Unsalted Butter – 2 1/4 tblsp
Sugar – 5 tblsp
Honey – 1 1/2 tblsp
Oats – 3/4 cup
Sesame Seeds – 4 tblsp
Almonds – 1 tblsp, powdered
Oil to fry

1. Over low heat, melt butter, sugar and honey until the sugar dissolves.
2. Stir in oats, sesame seeds, almonds and flour.
3. The dough will be sticky.
4. Pinch some dough about a small lemon-sized ball and flatten.
5. Make small flat circles and deep fry till golden brown.
