Onion Relish Recipe

Onions – 2, large
Fresh Coriander – 2 tsp, chopped
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 2, finely chopped
Juice of 2 small Limes

1. Cut the onions in half.
2. Cut them crosswise as finely as possible.
3. Soak the sliced onions in cold water for 30 minutes.
4. Drain and mix the remaining ingredients.
5. Serve immediately.

Tip: Onion Relish is best served freshly made.
