Aloo Curd Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
Potato – 1/4 kg
Curd – 1 cup
Onion – 1 cup
Red Chillies – 2 tsp, powdered
Fennel Seeds – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp
Green Chillies – 4
Curry Leaves – handful
Salt as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Oil as required
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat a pan over moderate flame.
2. Add oil, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste.
3. Fry nicely.
4. Add potato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
5. Add some water and allow it to boil.
6. Close with a lid and let it simmer for a while.
7. Add green chillies and salt.
8. After 2 minutes, add the curd.
9. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Serve.

    garnish with one small spoon garam masal after finish
