Marsh Melon Seeds – 100 gms
Castor Sugar – 3 to 4 tblsp
1. Dry roast melon seeds in a pan for 2 minutes.
2. Add the castor sugar, 2 tsp of water and stir till seeds are coated with sugar.
3. Turn out onto a plate.
4. Cool and store in an airtight container.
This is generally used as an ingredients in Paan.
