Lotus Seeds – 100 gms
Ghee – 5 tblsp
Castor Sugar – 5 tblsp
1. Remove any hard black bits on lotus seeds.
2. Dry roast in a pan for 3 minutes.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. Heat ghee in a pan.
5. Add lotus seeds and cook till ghee is absorbed.
6. Add sugar, little water and stir to coat the lotus seeds with sugar.
7. Do not allow the sugar to caramelize.
8. Remove and turn out onto a plate.
9. Cool and store in an airtight container.
