Tofu Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
Ginger – 4 tsp
Basil Leaves – handful
Red Chillies – 2
Tofu – 1 cup
Onion – 1 cup
Carrot – 1 cup
Cucumber – 1, sliced
Bread Slices – 4 (or as required)
Salt – 1 tsp
Olive Oil – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Grind the ginger, basil leaves and red chillies together.
2. Then add tofu and grind to break into fine pieces.
3. Add salt and olive oil.
4. Grind for a minute more.
5. Spread the mixture on one side of the bread slice.
6. Then add the onion, carrot and cucumber on top.
7. Spread a little butter on the other slice and close.
8. If required, you can keep this in a toaster or toast the sandwich.
9. Serve with ketchup.
