Ingredients:
Cheese – 1 cup
Corn – 1 cup
Butter – 4 tsp
Onion – 1 cup
Tomato – 8
Capsicum – 1 cup
Peas – 1 cup
Pepper – 5 tsp or as per taste
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat a pan over moderate heat.
2. Add butter.
3. Add onion, peas and corn.
4. Fry for a few minutes.
5. Add pepper and salt.
6. Cut the tomatoes on top and then scoop out the contents inside the tomato.
7. Stuff the vegetables inside and sprinkle cheese on top.
8. Garnish it with capsicum.
9. Keep it in a microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.
10. Serve.
