Ingredients:
Fish – 1 kg, cut into 2 inch pieces
Garlic Cloves – 15
Ginger – 2 inch piece
Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp, powdered
Salt – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Breadcrumbs – 2 cups
Ghee – 250 gms
Lime Wedges to garnish
Method:
1. Clean and dry the fish.
2. Grind garlic and ginger.
3. Combine with coriander seeds, salt, red chilli powder and lime juice.
4. Rub over fish and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
5. Roll the fish pieces in the breadcrumbs and press it tightly so that it sticks well.
6. Heat ghee in a frying pan and fry the fish till it is golden on all sides.
7. Garnish with lime wedges.
8. Serve.
