Chicken in Green Masala Recipe

Chicken – 1 kg
Small Onion – 1
Garlic – 10 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Green Chillies – 2, deseeded
Fresh Coriander Leaves – handful
Curd – 2 cups
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tblsp

1. Wash and dry the chicken.
2. Grind together onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and coriander.
3. Mix the curd and salt.
4. Add chicken and marinate for 60 minutes.
5. Heat ghee in a pan and add the chicken with marinade.
6. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes till chicken is tender.
7. Serve.
