Dates – as required
Honey – 1 to 2 cups
Maida – 1 cup
Cornflour – 1 cup
1. Heat 2 tbslp of oil in a pan over moderate heat.
2. Add maida and cornflour in a bowl.
3. Add little water and knead to a soft dough.
4. Make small balls.
5. Roll it out into small chappathis and cut into half.
6. Keep one date inside and seal it.
7. Deep fry in oil till brown.
8. Remove and keep aside.
9. Pour honey on top and serve hot.
