Ingredients:
Mutton – 500 gms, minced
Onions – 2, medium, finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Green Chillies – 6, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup, finely chopped
Almonds – 6, roasted and finely powdered
Cashewnuts – 6, roasted and finely powdered
Thick Yogurt – 1 cup
Bengal Gram – 2 tblsp, roasted and powdered
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Knead well and refrigerate for 3 hours.
3. Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish and level it.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 30 minutes, till it turns golden brown.
5. Serve hot.
