Yogurt Chutney

Yogurt – 2 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Juice of 1/4 Lime
Small Onion – 1/2, finely chopped

Grind to a Paste:
Green Chillies – 5, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 3 tblsp, finely chopped
Mint Leaves – 10, finely chopped

1. Beat the yogurt lightly and add the ground paste.
2. Add the salt and lime juice.
3. Mix.
4. Add the finely chopped onion.
5. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
