Roti Ka Meetha

Bread Slices – 6, large
Egg – 1
Lukewarm Milk – 4 cups
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Coconut – 1/2, grated

1. Crumble the bread into small pieces.
2. Beat the egg.
3. Add milk and sugar.
4. Soak the bread in the mixture till it absorbs all the liquid.
5. Add the coconut.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for about 45 minutes till golden brown and firm.
8. Serve hot or chilled.
