Broccoli Cheese Paratha


Broccoli – 3, finely chopped
Potato – 2, boiled and finely chopped
Oil – 2 tsp
Cheese – 150 to 200 gms
Carrot – 1, chopped
Atta – 1 cup
Green Chillies – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Onion – 1, finely chopped

1. Mix atta in a bowl with broccoli, onion, cheese, carrot, green chillies and potatoes.
2. Mix well and prepare it into a nice dough.
3.Roll out 2 medium sized thick chapatis
4. Fry on tava till brown on normal flame.
5. Serve hot.
