Spicy Fried Fish Recipe

Seer Fish – 500 gms, sliced
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Salt – 2 tsp
Oil for shallow frying

For the Marinade:
Garlic Paste – 1 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 5, roughly chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup, roughly chopped
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Juice of 1 Lime

For Garnish:
Onion – 1, sliced in rings
Limes – 2, cut into wedges

1. Grind the marinade ingredients to a puree.
2. Wash the fish slices with lime juice and salt.
3. Leave it to dry.
4. Rub the marinade on the fish.
5. Put it in a fridge for 2-3 hours.
6. Shallow fry the fish in oil.
7. Serve hot with onion rings and lime wedges.
