Ingredients:
Apple – 1, grated
Milk – 1 cup
Soya Milk – 1/2 cup
Honey – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon – 1 tsp, powdered

Method:
1. Mix the apple, soya milk, milk and cinnamon powder.
2. Grind them smoothly in a mixie.
3. Pour the contents in a glass.
4. Add honey and mix well.
5. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
