Milk Chocolate

Sugar – 1 up
Water – 1/3 cup
Milk Powder – 1 cup
Cocoa – 4 tblsp
White Butter – 1 tblsp

1. Sieve milk powder and cocoa together.
2. Ensure no lumps remain.
3. Heat sugar and water together in a heavy pan stirring constantly till sugar melts.
4. Boil the syrup till it reaches one string consistency.
5. Remove from fire and quickly sprinkle sieved milk powder, cocoa along with butter.
6. Stir till everything blends together.
7. Pour on a greased tray and cut into pieces when it is still warm.
