Cumin Seeds – 1 cup
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) – 1/2 cup
Rice Grains – 1 tblsp
Masoor Dal – 1 tblsp
1. Put a dry tava on low heat.
2. Add the cumin seeds and roast, stirring continuously, till it crackles.
3. Set aside.
4. Roast the fenugreek seeds till they turn pink.
5. Add to the bowl containing cumin seeds.
6. Roast the rice and dal for a few minutes.
7. Combine all the ingredients and when cool, grind them in a mixie.
8. Store in an airtight container and use as required.
