Multi Flour Chapati Recipe

Bengal Gram Flour – 3 cup
Rice Flour – 2 cup
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Dhania Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Carrot – 1/2 cup, finely grated
Green Chilli – 4, chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 to 1 tsp

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add green chillies and ginger.
3. Add the cauliflower and carrot.
4. Fry together and keep aside.
5. Add all the flour together in a bowl.
6. Add the fried vegetables, turmeric powder, dhania powder, ajwain and salt.
7. Mix together with a little oil.
8. Make small round balls and make chapati’s.
