Bengal Gram Flour – 2 cups
Rice Flour – 2 tblsp
Green Chilli – 10
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – for deep frying
Salt to taste
1. Mix bengal gram flour and rice flour along with salt and red chilli powder in water. Ensure the batter is thick.
2. Cut green chilli lengthwise.
3. Dip the green chilli into the batter.
4. Deep fry in hot oil.
5. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
Note: Instead of regular green chilli, you can also use bangalore green chillies.
