Ingredients:
Semolina – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 1/2 cups, powdered
Cashewnuts – 10
Ghee – 250 gms
Green Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Raisins – 8
Method:
1. Roast semolina in ghee until it turns brown in colour.
2. Powder roasted semolina finely.
3. Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee.
4. Mix semolina powder and sugar powder together.
5. Add cashewnuts, raisins and green cardamom powder in the semolina mixture.
6. Heat ghee and pour it in semolina mixture.
7. Roll semolina balls.
