Ingredients:
White Sesame Seeds – 1 1/2 tblsp
Coconut – 3 tblsp, grated
Red Chilli – 3
Tamarind – small lime sized
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1/2 bunch, chopped
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Dry roast the sesame seeds and red chilli separately.
2. Grind the grated coconut, sesame seeds, red chilli , tamarind and salt together along with some water.
3. Lightly fry mustard seeds, urad dal, asafoetida powder and curry leaves in 1 tsp of oil.
4. Mix it with the chutney.
5. Serve.
