Ingredients:
Tamarind – 1 lemon sized ball
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Jaggery – 50 gms
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Put the tamarind and jaggery together in a mixie.
2. Add 1 cup of water and grind it smoothly.
3. Pour it in a bowl and heat it.
4. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
5. Allow it to boil well.
6. Add coriander leaves and stir.
7. Serve with idli or dosa.
