Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 250 gms, cooked
Onion – 3
Garlic Flakes – 4 to 6
Ginger – a small piece
Red Chilli – 2 to 4
Cloves – 2
Brown Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon – 1 one inch piece
Cherry Tomatoes – 5 to 7, chopped
Oil – 2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grind ginger, garlic, chilli, cinnamon, cloves and brown cardamom with water smoothly.
2. Pour oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until it turns brown.
3. Add the ground masala along with onion.
4. Add salt.
5. Add rice, coriander leaves and chopped cherry tomatoes along the masala.
6. Stir well.
7. Serve hot.
