Garlic Ghee Rice

Basmati Rice – 250 gms, cooked
Garlic – 50 gms
Onion – 2
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Red Chilli – 4
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 2 tsp, chopped
Red Cherry Tomatoes – 4 to 5, chopped to 1/8 pieces
Ghee – 1 tblsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt to taste

1. Peel the skin from garlic and grind together with 1/4 onion, red chilli and water smoothly.
2. Chop the remaining onion into small pieces.
3. Pour oil in a pan.
4. Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic and onion pieces.
5. Add the ground masala and stir them well.
6. Add the ingredients along with rice, tomatoes, ghee and salt.
7. Serve hot with papad.
