How to Make Sago (Sabudana) Idly Recipe

Ingredients:
Sago (Sabudana) – 2 cups
Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Wash sabudana well.
2. Boil sago and add chilli powder, curd, salt and coriander leaves.
3. Stir them well.
4. If necessary add some water to ensure pouring consistency.
5. Prepare idly by pouring the batter in idli plates and steam them in a cooker.
6. Serve with coconut chutney or onion chutney and sambar.
