Potato Raita

Ingredients:
Plain yoghurt- 1 cup
Potato- 1 (large)
Chopped coriander- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/8 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Red chili powder- a pinch

Method:
Boil the potatoes with little salt. Peel off the skin and cut into small pieces. Whisk the yoghurt with little water. Season with salt, pepper & cumin powder and mix well. Add the potatoes. Sprinkle the red chili powder on top & Garnish with chopped coriander.
