Garlic Raita Recipe

Ingredients:
Plain yoghurt- 1 cup
Garlic- 5 cloves
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1 tablespoon

Method:
Whisk the yoghurt with little water. Heat oil in a small pan. Add cumin seeds & garlic and fry for few minutes. Let it cool. Then add this seasoning to the yoghurt and mix.
