Raisin Sauce

Seedless Raisins – 200 gms
Juice of 2 Oranges
Water – 1/2 cup
Brandy – 2 tblsp
Walnuts – 50 gms, shelled

1. Place the raisins in a pan.
2. Add the orange juice, water and brandy.
3. Heat gently for 5 minutes.
4. Cool and liquidize to make a thick puree.
5. Add the nuts and blend again.
6. Use this with Vanilla Ice Cream or any Ice Cream.
