Masala Seer Fish Recipe

Seer Fish – 500 gms, sliced
Oil – 1/2 cup

For the Marinade:
Garlic Flakes – 3
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp, ground
Tabasco Sauce – 1 to 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
White Wine or Worcestershire Sauce – 2 tblsp
Oil – 3 tblsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp

1. Wash the fish slices and pat dry.
2. Arrange the slices on a plate.
3. Pound the garlic and combine it with the marinade ingredients.
4. Smear the marinade evenly over the fish slices.
5. Marinate for an hour.
6. Turn the slices over after 30 minutes.
7. Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a heavy based frying pan and fry the fish in batches, browing first one side and then the other.
8. Serve.
