Lemon Broccoli


Lemon – 1 tsp, grated
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Broccoli – 750 gms
Butter – 1 tblsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp, ground

1. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
2. Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender but crisp.
3. Mix the broccoli with the butter and toss to coat.
4. Add the lemon juice, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
5. Toss again to coat thoroughly and evenly.
6. Arrange the broccoli in a salad bowl.
7. Serve.
