Sauteed Broccoli


Broccoli – 750 gms
Oil – 3 tblsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp, freshly ground
Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp

1. Cut the brocooli into small florets.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
3. Add the brocooli and stir-fry for 5 minutes until it is tender but still crisp.
4. Sprinkle in the salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
5. Mix well and remove from heat.
6. Serve.
