Pudina Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients:
Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 4
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Tamarind – 1 marble sized ball, without seeds or strings
Thick Curd – 3 cups
Onions – 2
Salt – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves. Pat dry.
2. Chop 2 green chillies roughly.
3. Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, urad dal and tamarind to a fine paste.
4. Set aside.
5. Beat the curd until smooth and blend in the ground paste.
6. Slice the remaining green chillies and onions.
7. Add them to the curd mixture.
8. Add salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
