Chilli-Coriander Powder Recipe

Ingredients:
Dry Red Chillies – 2 cups
Coriander Seeds – 3 cups

Method:
1. Leave the dry red chillies and coriander seeds in sun for 3 days.
2. Grind them together to a fine powder.
3. Cool and store in an airtight container.
4. Use as required.
