Curd Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes – 1/4 kg
Sour Curds – 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Dhania Powder – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dahi Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 3 tblsp

For Dahi Masala Powder:
Dry Ginger – 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Black Salt – 1 tsp

1. For the dahi masala, powder each spice separately and then mix together.
2. Store in a clean dry bottle and use as required.
3. Pressure cook potatoes.
4. Peel and mash.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Add cumin, turmeric, chilli powder, dhania powder, dahi masala and salt.
7. Fry for a minute, then add mashed potatoes.
8. Fry for few minutes and the mix the curd.
9. Cook on a slow fire for 5 to 6 minutes or till oil is separated.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
