Potato Sukka Recipe

Potatoes – 1/2 kg
Onions – 5
Tomatoes – 4
Salt as desired
Oil – 1 1/2 tblsp
Butter – 1 tblsp

Grind Together:
Red Chillies – 8
Jeera – 1 1/2 tsp
Dhania – 1 tblsp
Garlic – 10 flakes

1. Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker.
2. Peel and mash coarsely.
3. Slice onions thinly and tomatoes finely.
4. Heat oil.
5. Season with jeera and curry leaves.
6. Add onions and fry till it becomes transparent.
7. Add tomatoes and fry for few more minutes.
8. Add ground mixture, salt and sugar.
9. Stir until raw flavour is lost.
10. Add potatoes and mix well.
11. Serve with rice, chapathis or pulkas.
