Ingredients:
Oil – 2 tblsp
Red Onion – 1, diced
Carrots – 3, diced
Green Capsicum – 3, seeded, diced
Spring Onions – 4, chopped
Cabbage – 1, small, chopped
Red Chilli Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tblsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tblsp
Brown Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1/4 tsp, powdered
White Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a large pan.
2. Stir fry the onions and carrots for 5 minutes, until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add the capsicums, spring onions and cabbage.
4. Continue to stir fry over medium heat for 15 minutes.
5. Add the red chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, brown sugar, ginger, white pepper and salt.
6. Mix thoroughly.
7. Turn the heat down to low and cook for minutes, stirring constantly.
8. Serve hot with chapatis.
