Refined Flour – 250 gms
Clarified Butter for frying
Water to make dough
1. Knead the flour with just enough water to make stiff dough.
2. Smear a little clarified butter on the dough and keep aside for a while.
3. Make small balls of the dough and roll them into thin rounds of 6 inch diameter.
4. Heat the clarified butter and fry the rounds.
5. Remove immediately; do not brown.
6. Fold them in half and put aside, covered, so that they do not get crisp.
7. Serve hot as accompaniment.
