Ghee Bhaat Bhuja Recipe

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 250 gms
Water – 3 cups
Clarified Butter – 5 tsp

Method:
1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the water and add the rice to it (water should be 1 1/4 inch above the rice).
3. Cook till the rice comes to a boil.
4. Add the clarified butter and cook over a medium flame till the water gets absorbed.
5. Then simmer over a very low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
